Benning TCP/IP Adapter, part number 10003653. This is the network communications adapter for Benning MCU family monitoring and control units used in Benning DC power, rectifier and inverter systems. It gives the MCU an Ethernet connection for remote monitoring and control in place of a local keypad and LCD or a dial up modem. Serial equipment connects on the RS232 D sub 9 ports and the network connects on the RJ45 port. The unit runs from a low voltage DC supply, 9 V to 36 V, on a pluggable 2 pin screw terminal. Zinc plated steel enclosure with four flange mounting tabs. Pulled from surplus Benning power system stock.
