Hastelloy is the workhorse of severe chemical service — the nickel-chromium-molybdenum family that survives both oxidizing and reducing media, chlorides, and the pitting and crevice attack that end stainless valves early. And like every exotic-alloy component, buying it new means long mill lead times and pricing to match.
We currently have 201 surplus Hastelloy valves in stock across 15 configurations — Ladish, Kinka, and Flowserve ball and check valves in C-22 and C-276 alloys (bodies in N06022, CX2MW, and N10276 per their tags), from ½” to 6″, Class 150 through Class 600, manual and pneumatically actuated — every one tagged, traceable, covered by a 6-month warranty, and priced from $1,299.99.

Why Hastelloy?
The two grades in this inventory cover most of severe-service chemistry between them. C-276 (UNS N10276) is the original do-everything Ni-Cr-Mo alloy — decades of service in chlorinated hydrocarbons, wet chlorine, hot contaminated acids, and flue-gas scrubbers. C-22 (UNS N06022, cast as CX2MW) adds chromium for even better resistance to oxidizing media while keeping C-276’s toughness in reducing conditions — which is why it became the default choice for mixed and changing process streams. If your line sees chlorides, hypochlorite, or acid mixtures that pit stainless, these are the valves specified for it.
As always with alloy selection: verify compatibility against your specific chemistry and temperature — we’ll photograph any valve’s material tag to support your review.

The Headline: 172 Matched Kinka 1″ C-22 Ball Valves

The centerpiece of this inventory is a pool of 172 matched Kinka K41140 1″ Class 150 ball valves — C-22 bodies with 17-4 PH stems and balls, PTFE seals, API 608 construction to B16.34, rated 290 PSI at 100 °F, each with its traceability tag still wired on. For an EPC outfitting a new unit, a plant standardizing instrument-isolation valves across a hot-chloride line, or an MRO stockroom that never wants to order this valve again, a single-part-number pool this deep simply does not appear on the surplus market often. Volume pricing applies — ask.
Fire-Safe Ladish, Class 150 to Class 600
The Ladish valves are API 607 fire-safe designs (many also to API 608 and the API 641 low-emission standard per their listings), with alloy-matched gaskets and B16.34 construction. The standout: a 1″ Class 600 C-22 valve rated 1500 PSI at 100 °F with tungsten-carbide-coated ball and seat — high-pressure severe service in a compact valve, at $1,499.99.
Actuated and Check Options

For automated duty there are two Flowserve Z301-pattern ball valves with pneumatic actuators already mounted — a 3″ with a Kinetrol ATEX-certified actuator and a 4″ with a B200S07. And for line protection, a Kinka 3″ Class 150 check valve with CX2MW body and N06022 internals. Buying the actuator and exotic-alloy valve as one assembled surplus unit is dramatically cheaper than sourcing either new.

Beyond valves, we stock an Endress+Hauser Promass 60A Hastelloy Coriolis flowmeter and an Autrol smart pressure transmitter with Hastelloy diaphragm — useful when the whole loop, not just the valve, has to survive the process.
