IBM Field Replaceable Unit 19K0982, an Intel Pentium III Xeon server processor in the Slot 2 SECC330 cartridge package with its integrated aluminum heatsink. IBM’s own service parts list for the Netfinity 7100 identifies FRU 19K0982 as the 700 MHz / 1 MB processor, which distinguishes it from FRU 19K0983, the 700 MHz / 2 MB part. The cartridge carries three numbers, which is normal for IBM service stock: 19K0982 is the IBM FRU printed under the barcode, 06P5902 is the IBM part number embedded in the 11S serial string, and 37L0215 is the red ink stamped part number on the thermal plate assembly. Multiple units available; each is sold individually.
