ABB SACE Tmax T3N 225 molded case circuit breaker, 3 pole, 225 A frame, fixed
thermal magnetic trip unit rated In=200 A. The unit carries a rotary handle
operating mechanism, supplied complete with the operator base, the steel extension
shaft and the door mount rotary handle with lock off provision. An auxiliary contact
(SY+1Q) is factory fitted and wired out to a connector. The plate carries full DC
ratings, 250 V DC on two poles and 251 to 500 V DC on three poles in an ungrounded
system, alongside the AC ratings. Removed from a Benning inverter system.

Fits ABB Tmax T3 frame applications. Trip rating is fixed at 200 A and cannot be
changed in the field. The extension shaft is cut to the depth of the original panel,
so the door mount handle fits enclosure depths at or under that length; the shaft can
be shortened but not lengthened. The auxiliary contact voltage class is set to the
25 to 250 V band on the side label. For DC service at 251 to 500 V DC all three
poles must be placed in series and the system must be ungrounded, per the plate
wiring diagram. When mounting on a flat non insulated metal surface, the plate
requires an insulating barrier between the breaker and the base plate.
